Description: Two 12 storey tower blocks each 1000m2 and interlinked with a central atrium and awarded a 5-star Greenstar design.
Includes an integrated chilled beam installation which is the largest
in Australasia. Pacific Consultants provided HVAC, Sanitary P&D, SW
Harvesting, Electrical, Comms Data and Security Services.

Storey art and technology building utilizing energy efficient light
sources with occupancy sensing control. Power reticulation on the
technology levels utilizes distribution buses with local protection and
shutdown control. Electrical Design services were carried out by Pacific
