We have been engaged as the Independent Commissioning Agents (ICA) on the following NZGBC Greenstar buildings:
 Project: Deloitte Centre
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Description: 20 level; 23,000m3 office tower that occupies an island site in the CBD, bordered by Queen Street, Shortland Street, Fort Street and Jean Batten Place. The Deloitte Centre has achieved a 5-star rating for the base build design under the NZGBC Office Design Tool V.1. and are aiming for a 5-star built rating.
Completion Date: December 2009
Project: Christchurch Civic Centre
Location: Christchurch, New Zealand
Description: 6-Star office refit of former NZ post building including extension to the Worcester Boulevard façade, and the installation of an electricity generation, heating and cooling plant, which will be fed by a biogas pipeline from the landfill and wastewater treatment facility at Burwood.

Project: University of Auckland Thomas Building Extension
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Description: 4-Star Greenstar educational project. 4500m3 over 4 floors incorporating laboratories, offices and associates support functions including high-tech equipment and special containment suites.

Project: Ormiston Road Senior High School
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Description: New 10,000m2 school building aiming for 5-star rating under the GSNZ Educational Tool. Building uses mixed mode ventilation, rainwater and daylight harvesting and solar heating.
