Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Description: New
office complex consisting of our four naturally ventialted 3-level
buildings with street level retail and automated basement parking
system.
Completion Date: December 2011 |
Deloitte Centre
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Description: 20 level; 23,000 m3office tower that occupies an island site
in the CBD, bordered by Queen Street, Shortland Street, Fort Street and Jean
Batten Place. The Deloitte Centre has achieved a 5-star rating for the base
build design under the NZGBC Office Design Tool V.1. and are aiming for a
5-star built rating.

Christchurch Civic Centre
Location: Christchurch, New Zealand
Description: 6-star office refit of former NZ post building including extension to
the Worcester Boulevard facade, and the installation of an electricity
generation, heating and cooling plant, which will be fed by a biogas pipeline
form the landfill and wastewater treatment facility at Burwood.
Completion Date: July 2010

Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Description: 4-star Greenstar office building.
Completion Date: August 2009

Ormiston Road Senior College
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Description: New 10,000 m2 school building aming for 5-star rating under
the GSNZ Educational Tool. Building uses mixed mode ventialtion, rainwater and
daylight harvesting and solar heating.
Completion Date: December 2010

Mission Heights School
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Description: A two level Primary School block extension of the existing mission heights school.
Completion Date: July 2010

Papamoa College
Location: Tauranga, New Zealand
Description: Three two-level blocks linked by a common covered elevated walkway. the
buildings house open plan offices, administration area, technical workshops,
theatre, art space and a gymnasium.
